Congratulations to Dr. Fernando Fontero for his publication about assessment of extracranial and intracranial vessels by Doppler, which was very complete; I would like to know his opinion about the difficulty to differentiate obstructive platelets in tortuous vessels, since both situations could produce high peak systolic rate meters, sometimes it helps us to take out the color, and by B mode, to appreciate the presence of platelets, however, these should be dense, if it is soft or with little echo, it is very probable that we do not see them, our results have been diffuse in these cases when we performed angiography; which would be your recommendation or way to differentiate both finds?
Greetings,
